JLPT stands for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (日本語能力試験 Nihongo Nōryoku Shiken). This test is conducted twice every year on the first Sunday of July and December which is conducted by the government of Japan. The JLPT exam is divided into 5 different levels as follows-
